My bird is suddenly inactive and twitching its tail. Is it sick?

My bird is not moving only twitching it’s tail I don’t know how old he is and used to be very active. Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Male | unneutered | 1lb

I highly recommend you have him evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check on what may be wrong so that therapy can be started as soon as possible. I am hoping for a speedy recovery!
