My week-old kitten had diarrhea, now isn't pooping and shivers.

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 7 days old | 0 lbs

I’m caring for a week old, 98g, abandoned kitten. She’s had diarrhea a few times over the past week and never had solid stool. She’s not had any bowel movements over the past 48 hours but urinatates regularly when stimulated. Starting 12 hours ago she shivers when I assist her in the restroom as if she is losing body heat. She is actively eating and vocal when hungry otherwise she sleeps. Please help!

Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Kitten. It could be she is a bit constipated. Try adding a little bit more water to her formula to dilute it to see if that helps her poop. If it does not, and she has not pooped in another 24 hours, have her seen by a vet. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
