Hi my little dog is had kneey fauir for 8 months now. She having trouble going poo. I have gave her pumpkin. Not work to well. Her breath real real bad. She 14 just don’t want to see her suffer. She still eating drinking. But she now eating dirt. She has been taken care of bye vet all her life. Not sure what to do.

I would take her back into a vet today. It sounds like her quality of life may not be the best, and if there isn't something the vet can do to help her, it may be time to let her go peacefully. Please speak with her vet. Best of luck.
