Why does my pug faint or collapse when excited? Is it a seizure?

My pug keeps passing out when he gets excited it's almost like a seizure. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 5 lbs

I'd be concerned this could be related to heart disease or a respiratory problem like a collapsing trachea. This is not normal at all, you need to have Pugsley seen by a vet in the morning. Keep him calm.
