Why is my 3-month-old puppy pooping black after recent shots?

Yesterday my dog had a black stool . And today a little black and yellow stool . He is 3 months old . And now when he was sleeping .. my palm was on his stomach . I felt something. He got his vanguard vaccine 5 days before and rabies vaccine 2 days before. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 3 months and 17 days old | 5 lbs

It sounds like Jax has blood in his stool, and if it's black, that means the blood is coming from his upper GI tract. This isn't normal, and I would take him into a vet now for a health check. Best of luck.
