Why is my puppy yelping and crying suddenly after her first vaccines?

My puppy had her first rabies vaccine and a distemper vaccine as well. She was fine after the shot and was running around like a crazy women like usual... she got her shots around 4:30 and about 5:30-6 if we touch her or if she try’s to stand up she yelps and cries so loudly. I don’t know what to do!!! Is this something serious or is it normal? Pet's info: Dog | Shihpoo | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 26 days old | 4.1 lbs

You can see some pain where the vaccines were given. Do not give Penelope any human pain relievers, many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. You can try putting a cold compress on the area where she got her vaccines to see if that helps. She should be back to normal within 24 hours, but if she isn't, have her seen by a vet. Best of luck.
