My pregnant chihuahua has fleas. Is stomach gurgling a sign of labor?

My chihuahua is pregnant I’m not sure how far along she is she has fleas really bad and when she lays down I hear what sounds like water sounds inside her stomach does this mean she’s about to give birth. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | 35 lbs

Stomach gurgling does not mean Rita is about to give birth. I've have her seen by a vet in the morning to get an idea of how far along she is in her pregnancy, and can treat her fleas. It's very important you get her fleas treated, as the fleas will bite the puppies when they are born and cause anemia if there are a lot of fleas.
