My cat had babies and there 2 weeks old now and one went missing, we cant find it anywhere. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 10 lbs

That's not good. It sounds like Little Bit has hid the kitten. I'd keep a close eye on her, and whenever she goes to leave the kitten there, follow her to try to find the other one. Keep looking as well for it.
