Ouch! Poor Celina! That looks very painful. Please make an appointment to have her seen by your vet for further evaluation and treatment, and see the link below for more information on dental care in pets. She will likely need to see your vet for a dental cleaning under anesthesia, during which they can assess the lesion and remove/ treat it appropriately Pain medications meant for humans can be very dangerous (and even deadly) for dogs, so I do not recommend giving any to Celina without consulting with your vet. http://www.vohc.org/veterinary_periodontal_disease.html
