My mare is in difficult labor, foal stuck. Can I safely pull it?

Please help..we are waiting waiting for a vet to come but its not soon enough.. our mare is in labor for the last couple hours and the foals legs are sticking out with no movement and cold. She is trying to push but nothing happens. Should we pull the baby foal???

The concern I have about you trying to pull the foal is that you could accidentally harm the foal as well as your mare. Get your vet on the phone, and see if they can advise you through any actions you can do now for her until the vet arrives. Best of luck.
