Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 7 months old
Hi! I was out shopping tonight when my dad called and told me our dog was acting strange. He was falling on his belly, and panting heavily. He looked scared, but didn’t get into anything he shouldn’t have. There was no vomiting, no change in gum color or anything to that effect, just the falling and panting. This happened once before for about 5-10 minutes and he was fine after. Anything you have to say about this would be greatly appreciated

Poor Goomba! That sounds as though it may be a neurological problem, as some types of seizures can look like that. Please have Goomba seen by a veterinarian for evaluation, and take in a video of his behaviour if possible. Please see the following link for more information on seizures in dogs. http://www.veterinarypartner.com/Content.plx?P=A&S=0&C=0&A=560 He may also be dealing with muscular injury, another type of neurological disease, an infectious disease, or pain elsewhere in the body. Generalized weakness from systemic diseases or toxin ingestion could also be causing his falling, and a vet visit is needed to determine the cause of his signs and guide treatment. Please have Goomba seen by a vet immediately, and good luck to you both. I hope he feels better soon!
