I’m scared my dog has a tick. He’s been lethargic and has had diarrhea the past few days. He started getting better after we fed him pumpkin but I just found this. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 6 months and 9 days old | 47.6 lbs

That doesn't appear to be a tick. It looks like it could be a tiny mass on or under the skin. Keep an eye on it for any rapid change or growth, redness or discomfort. Continue to offer food in small, frequent amounts. Mix in the pumpkin (NOT pie filling) as you've been doing. As long as he is behaving normally and the stool is firming up, you can monitor him at home. If the diarrhea persists or the bump changes then have him seen by your veterinarian.
