Is your dog acting sick or nauseated in any way? Like refusing to eat, drooling excessively or trying to eat grass? If not, then I would not be too concerned. It is normal for the gut to make sounds while digesting the food. If however your dog is acting ill then you may want to post another question with specifics so we can further help you out. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!

Hello, puppies may have normal digestion noises after eating or after drinking water. As long as he is not vomiting, having a decreased appetite, or having any diarrhea then these noises can be monitored. GI noises in puppies may also be associated with parasites or viral infections. These noises should decrease in intensity as Bruce gets older. Hope this helps and best of luck.
