Why do my dogs lick another dog's rear? Is it normal or an illness?

I have 3 dogs and 2 of them cant stop licking the same ones butthole? Is this normal or is he sick? Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | neutered | 3 years and 3 months old | 80 lbs

I don’t know that I’d say it’s normal but I wouldn’t be concerned that this is a sign of illness for the dog getting all of the attention. If that dog has diarrhea or if you see him scooting I’d recommend having your vet examine him.
