Why does my husky have red spots in his eyes after vomiting?

I have a husky and yesterday my dog vomited and the vomit had nothing adnormal but soon after he started to cry like in pain, when I grabbed him I noticed he had red spots on his eyes which he has never had before, but now he is back to normal,he's playing running around just does dots are still there. It could be that Pakkun vomited to hard it burst a blood vessel in his eye. I would keep an eye on him for now and these red spots in his eyes. If they get worse, do not go away, or he starts vomiting again, have him seen by a vet. Best of luck.
