Is it healthy for a yorkie not to have much of an appetite like 5-6 times a month without any other symptoms and while she's energetic as usual?

If she is maintaining her weight and is not having any gastrointestinal problems like vomiting or diarrhea it is probably not anything to be concerned about. Some dogs know exactly how much food they need to maintain their weights and it’s possible she just isn’t as hungry on certain days.
