Why is my 2-month-old kitten vomiting, shivering, and lethargic?

I have a two month kitten (male) who's been vomiting two times now in two days , it keeps shivering and not as active as always , is it case getting serious and alarming ?

Considering his age and the signs you described, I would be concerned and recommend an immediate check up. Differentials are many, from gastrointestinal diseases (infection/inflammations often dietary related) to any disease that can spread systemically (causing lethargy for example) like infection, and anything that can cause pain/discomfort.
