Is there an ear protector for a dog that has had ear surgery besides an e-collar. If not, are there e-collars that fasten with velcro instead of the plastic slots which are very difficult to fasten.? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 16 lbs
