My kitten is tired, panting, and losing fur. Is it heart disease?

Hello! I have a 1,5 months old kitten.. I found it with his siblings in a box next to the trash.. His sisters were completely fine and have now been adopted. However, he seems to have a heart disease, he gets tired very easily and pants a lot. I think he has dextrocardia cause his heart beats louder on the right. if so, I would like to know his life expectancy and whether he can live a normal life or it would be better for him to be put down.. he has also lost his fur and looks like a sphynx cat

Without seeing Mao in person, I can't do a definitive evaluation on him or say his life expectancy, etc. I would need to examine him in order to answer your questions. I recommend taking him into a vet. The vet can examine him and answer those questions. Best of luck.
