My cat is sick, not eating, and lying down after vet. What to do?

My cat Alladin is sick since 4 days and it’s been a week he had eaten anything. I visited a vet nearby and got drips and injections yet he is lying down 24/7. Also I found a few ants in his cat food and I get a feeling that he might’ve swallowed it. What do I do to get him back to normal? He’s not intaking anything through his mouth just water. Please help! Pet's info: Cat | Asian | Male | unneutered | 5 lbs

I would recommend bringing Alladin back to the veterinarian for some blood work on him. Without more diagnostics, it is difficult to say what is going on with him.
