Hi my dog has both third eyelids showing. He seems a little lethargic but is eating ok. He is on thyroid medication. He is a mixed breed, medium sized dog and is almost 10 years old. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 9 years and 11 months old | 50 lbs

This can be a sign of dehydration or an eye infection. Make sure Lou is drinking plenty of water, adding water to his food to get him more moisture. If his third eyelids are still showing in the morning, have him seen by a vet.
