Kittens are old enough to be vaccinated for the first time at 6-8 weeks of age. Flea treatment depends on the product, as certain products can only be used when the kitten reaches a specific age. I don't recommend flea collars, they generally are pretty poor products. You can use Revolution, which is a spot on flea treatment, on a kitten at least 6 weeks of age.

Flea treatments are available at the age of 9 weeks, in fact you can use most flea treatment brand from this age, she is also at the age to start her vaccinations so i strongly recommend to take her to the vet.

Congrats on adding Lokee to your family! Vaccines start between 7-8 weeks of age. Deworming starts at 2 weeks. Neutering happens between 4-6 months of age. You will need a vet to treat Lokee for fleas because he is only 5 days old. Revolution can be used on young kittens but it needs careful dosing. At one week old, I believe the only flea treatment available to them is the Frontline spray. As they get older and heavier in weight, the options will open up considerably. The first shot that cats usually receive is the distemper combination vaccine. They usually get this at 8 weeks, and then a booster at 12 and 16 weeks. Rabies shots can be given at 12 weeks. If the cat is going to be an outdoor cat, you may also want to consider the leukemia vaccine.
