My dog has a red pimple in her mouth. Could it be from a plant?

I find a red pimple in my dog mouth that wasnt there before, what could be? Sometimes some plants get attatched to her mouth and she took them off, could that be? Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Norfolk Terrier | Female

This looks a little more like a skin growth or maybe a cyst, but it could also be a reaction to having something stuck in the lip. I would recommend keeping an eye on this area and if it does not seem to be resolving in the next 3-5 days it is more likely that it is a growth and you should have Chispita examined by your vet.
