My dog's vulva is wet, she licks often, and vomits. Is it a UTI?

Wilma shows some signs of urinary infection. Vulva is dark in color and always wet. She’ll stop right in the middle of doing something to lick herself there. She also frequently vomits usually bile, in the early AM. Is there anything I can help be more comfortable. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 2 months old | 32 lbs

Wilma will need to be checked out by a vet in the morning. If she does have a urinary infection, a vet can diagnose it and prescribe medication to treat it. Tonight, feed her canned food and add water to it to flush her bladder. I hope this helps.
