Dog spay incision hard, dark, and swollen 3 days after surgery?

My dog got spayed 3 days ago. There’s this hard thing on the spot where she got spayed. I don’t know if it’s bruising or an infection. On the picture, the left side of her stitches feels hard and the coloring looks dark. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Long Coat) | Female | spayed | 6 months and 23 days old | 4 lbs

Hi, if Azumi is well in herself, I would recommend to prevent her from licking the area and have the wound reassessed in a couple of days. The swelling should gradually reduce over the course of time. If it should become harder and firmer or Azumi should be uncomfortable, I would recommend to have her checked over.
