My 3-month-old husky puppy keeps scratching his neck sore. What to do?

I noticed this sore on my puppy’s neck. He’s a Siberian Husky. He’s 3 months old. I’ve tried to treat it with hydrogen peroxide and neosporen. It was starting to heal but he keeps scratching it at night. Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 1 day old | 30 lbs

This looks pretty badly infected, i would recommend stopping with the treatment you mentioned and take him to the vet in order to get it treated, he will likely need a course of antibiotics, hydrogen peroxide will make it worse.
