14-year-old Shih Tzu fell, wobbly, won't eat. Is he in pain?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 14 years and 1 month old | 21 lbs

Hello I've got a 14 year old chitzu he fell of the settee monday and since then he had diarrhea for3 days. Which has since gone but he won't eat but is drinking and is wobbly on his feet I take him for a walk up and down the road slowly he has started to follow me around which is normal could he be in pain if so what can I do?plus what can I do with his food

I would be worried that Rags is in pain, and the lack of appetite can be a sign of it. Not eating is concerning, so I would take him into a vet right away. The vet can diagnose if he is in pain and can treat him for it, and can figure out why he's not eating. Best of luck.
