My spayed French bulldog has vulva sores after dog licking. What now?

Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | spayed

My 1 year old female French bulldog has sores on her vagina. She is spayed. A male dog did recently lick her a lot down there so that may be linked to it being sore or having started. She doesn’t seem to be in pain. What does it look like it could be and is there a cream I can put on it?

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Fiona. She appears to have a mild skin infection on her vulva. I recommend bathing her with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner to help soothe the skin. Then place an E-collar on her to prevent any licking. If it is not healing, then I recommend that she sees her veterinarian. I hope this information helps!
