My dog gets frequent antibiotics. Will this damage his kidneys?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 4 months old

He's been 3 yrs old now and since when he was 6 months and when he was 1 yr ,2md he and now 3rd yr wvwryyear he had some or other antibiotic for some or other infection some time augmentin for skin infection then clindamycin for tick fever then cephalexin for bacterial wound and multiple times in every year so my concern is can this damage his kidneys ? Or also is there any dog in world who's been 3 yrs old and never had any antibiotics except his regular vaccine shot of rabies, 9in1 etc.

Hi, German Sheperd are frequently getting antibiotics during the course of their life. If given judiciously antibiotics are unlikely to cause problems to their kidneys. With regards to the question about some dogs being able to live without any antibiotics in the world, yes I believe there are quite a few !
