My dog has red growing marks all over his body after shaving.

Jimmy is getting these red marks all over the body and they're just growing on a high rate. We came to know about this when we had his hair shaved. Please have a look and suggest me something? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 3 months old | 60 lbs
