Hello. Trusopt is used in the treatment of glaucoma, a multifactorial disease that results in increased pressures in the eye. If her sight is already gone, then this might be permanent, I'm afraid. If the pressures can be brought down, there is a small possibility that she may regain some vision, but there is no real time frame as so much depends on how long the condition was present before starting therapy & how much damage has already occurred. Stay in close contact with your veterinarian & hopefully with time ( a few weeks or so ), she may regain a little of her vision back. The key now is to prevent further damage that might result in her losing the eye completely. I hope Bell does well & thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
