Why is my mother cat weak, not eating, and has a swollen hip?

Pls help me doctor. One of my neighbors has thrown stone at my cat. I am not sure but it seems so. Because there is no wounds on her. No bleeding as well. But she has not been eating or drinking anything for the past 3 days. And her fur looks all messed up and unclean. She looks very weak. How can i treat her? She has a small swelling on her right hip bone. She is a mother and have a baby.

I would take her and her baby into a vet immediately. It's extremely serious that she hasn't eaten or drank in three days, especially since she has a baby, and this is a medical emergency. Please take them into a vet now.
