Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | unspayed | 8 years and 9 months old | 60 lbs
my 8 year old dog was having a blind heat, we did not know she was in heat. Her and my male dog were found locked up yesterday evening. She is healthy other than her benign mammary tumors. I am wondering if she can still produce milk in her glands if she becomes pregnant?

It is not a good idea for her to become pregnant with those tumors. How do you know they are benign? Were they tested? She may not produce milk in those glands but it would not be good for the puppies to suckle those. If you want to continue to breed her you need to have those tumors removed. If you are not planning to breed her anymore she should be spayed.
