My 25lb Australian shepherd accidentally took my dads hydrochlorot 12.5mg tab .... we think he dropped it on the floor an can’t find it so I’m not sure if she really took it or not . What should I do?

This is a diuretic that is occasionally used in dogs. The dose ingested is about half of the lower range of the dose used in dogs. If she ate it, you will likely see very little side effects, maybe some m stomach upset or an increase in thirst or urination for the next 24-36 hours.
