My dog has heavy, blocked nose breathing while sleeping. What's wrong?

I can't attack a video for you to check her breath sound, but my dog she's is a 10yrs female golden she has a heavy breath while sleeping and when I pet her, the sound comes from her nose (it's like when a human has a flu and his nose is half blocked and barely exale) I check her body when she breath it's normal it doesn't go up and down very quick nor it goes up too much regular it does go up and down 7 times in 10 seconds. Only the sound is heavy and its like blocked she takes deep breath betw. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | 9 years and 9 months old | 59 lbs
