My dog threw up, now has diarrhea. Bland diet not helping, what to do?

My chihuahua/dachshund mix threw up this yesterday. the vet told us to put her on a bland diet for a week. Today, she pooped this, which is absolutely not normal. What do I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 4 years and 3 months old | 13 lbs

Scout seems to be having some GI upset! You can bring in a sample of her stool to your vet to check for common issues such as parasites which may be causing it, however if the bland diet isn't helping, or her vomiting and diarrhea symptoms continue, bringing her into your vet for a complete exam is the best next step.
