Hello, I have a normal Indian pet dog. his age 6 yrs (born on 3th december 2012). Before tomorrow morning my dog suddenly shouted with crying by the pain of his feet from his shoulder but I did not give him any medicines on that day, but due to lack of pain till yesterday, I give him a painkiller like Aceclofenac Paracetamol, then the pain is less for some time. But scince then the dog starts to vomit again and again......( PLEASE SEE THE FULL QUESTIONS GIVEN IN PHOTOS.........) ITS URGENT......

You need to take him into a vet immediately. He sounds quite sick, especially with the number of times he has vomited, and this requires veterinary care. Do not give him any more paracetamol, it's not safe for dogs (it's toxic). Please take him into a vet immediately. Best of luck.
