My 16-day-old kitten spreads back legs when walking. Is this normal?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 16 days old | 4.5 lbs

Why????? My 16 days old kitten is not walking by using back legs properly. She spread her legs very much while walking. Is it normal or She has any problem with her legs? Please see pictures for more help.

There are a few follow up questions regarding Kiara. Is this new or has she always had this going on? If this is new then it can be trauma related or even a clot. If this has always been going on then it may be congenital. Ideally, she would see a veterinarian for a full physical examination. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
