My 16-day-old kitten spreads back legs when walking. Is this normal?

Why????? My 16 days old kitten is not walking by using back legs properly. She spread her legs very much while walking. Is it normal or She has any problem with her legs? Please see pictures for more help. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 16 days old | 4.5 lbs

There are a few follow up questions regarding Kiara. Is this new or has she always had this going on? If this is new then it can be trauma related or even a clot.
