My dog testicles got severe allegry and its having irritation. And also legs have allegry bubbles later its gets bleeded out of it. What we should do to cure? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | 3 years old | 35 lbs

This is called scrotal dermatitis. It is often due to the scrotum staying wet and unsanitary. The only true cure for this is to have him neutered.
