Why is my diabetic cat lethargic and not eating after Cosequin?

Hello, i have an older cat whom i just found out is diabetic. I just started her on cosequin and now she's very lethargic, hasnt eaten, but will drink water. Is there any way a couple of doses of cosequin could cause her to act this way? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 13 lbs
