My cat is gagging, coughing, and has eye/nose discharge. Is it a URI?

My cat is s out side cat he has been gagging mucus in eyes nose wet he is some active still going to the bath room good but not drinking as much and I’m wondering if it’s a upper respiratory infection he swelling hard but the gagging could be a cough or dry heaving I have penicillin I know that med takes care of a wide range of bad bacteria but could you let me know if it sounds like the infection I described

It does sounds like Moomoo has an infection, but I cannot recommend giving penicillin. He needs to see a vet for this, especially regarding his eyes. Any eye problem has to be seen by a vet promptly as leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. Please take him into the vet in the morning. Best of luck.
