My dog eats cat poop, sneezes, and has a rash. What's the cause?

I believe Bella has been sneaking into my cats litter box & eating cat feces as well as eating my cats food . She recently acquired a rash on her belly and has been sneezing a lot. Is it possible that’s the reason why? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 40 lbs

I suspect the sneezing and rash may be due to a different cause than eating the cat litter. Bella could have an allergy or respiratory infection. I'd take her into the vet in the morning for a health check.
