Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 15 lbs
Hello, My 6 year old Male cat has been constantly sneezing and "cleaning" his face/nose for the past hour or so. Last August I had brought him to the vet due to sneezing, slightly swollen nose, and noise while breathing. He was given antibiotics for an infection. Is it possible that this has come back 6 months later? I'm thinking he may have some type of seasonal allergy?

Yes, it is possible it is the same issue as before but it could also be unrelated. Only a physical exam will reveal the cause. Pets can get allergies and viral infections that can lead to secondary bacterial infections. I recommend to have a discussion with your veterinarian about long term management. Best of luck and please feel free to post any additional questions.
