Do dogs get seasonal allergies? Giulio has been scratching and appears a little congested but nothing in his diet or environment has changed except for the weather. No secretions are noted and he is happy and energetic. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 17 lbs
