Why was my dog wobbly, then fine? Sudden balance loss causes?

Yesterday she had loss of balance only when walking or standing or sitting she could run just fine also was sleepy and wasn’t her usual over excited self I took her the vets this morning and she was fine no loss of balance completely back to normal the vet said she looks fine why did she had sudden loss of balance and why did it suddenly go away during the night? Pet's info: Dog | Cocker Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 16 days old
