My cat has a smooth, furless spot on her face. What should I do?

Hi, a few days ago out of no where I noticed a furless white spot on Dora’s face, small but completely smooth just that little spot, nothing else looked swollen or anything out of the ordinary - she’s always play fighting with her sister who has a thing biting her ears or face and like wrestling her down just normal cat play but I know her target so assumed maybe it was from her. I don’t know not sure if bigger or just looking too much at it.. should i be concerned about it?

Palpate that area to make sure there is nothing that feels like a mass or swelling under the area. If that is related to a wound, the hair should starts to come back in a couple weeks. If it remains bald, you detect swelling or it gets worse, have Dora examined by her veterinarian. It possibly related to trauma but an abscess, skin mites or deeper infection is possible as well. Dora is a cutie!
