10 month old puppy adopted on a whim. Takes good care of it. Person has puppy for 2ish weeks then goes to jail for 30 days. Puppy spends 15 days with one friend and the other with a second friend. Dogs are very adaptable but it’s hard to keep adjusting to a new person and a new house. Dogs like stability. They want to bond with their human. They like a routine and changing households will disrupt all of that and begin the process over again.
