My 2-year-old German Shepherd has a red lump. What is it, how to treat?

This looks like a growth of some sorts, like an oral papilloma. These are benign tumors of the mouth, lips, and gums. I would have Dakota seen by a vet for it. The vet can confirm if it is an oral papilloma, and can discuss methods to remove it if necessary. Best of luck.
