Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 10 months old | 35 lbs
My male mini Australian Shepard will be 2 years old next month. I have experienced no health issues with him thus far. About 2 days ago I noticed one of his eyes is watery. You can’t typicslly see the whites in his eyes, however it does look a little bit red. He never have watery eyes, his eye “boogers” are typically small and dried up. As of recently in the one eye they are slimey and the tears seem to be going down below his eye a little bit. There seems to be no pain or swelling.

Jax should have this examined by his veterinarian. The main conditions that come to mind are an eye infection, a wound on the cornea or allergies. Best to have him examined and the cause determined. I hope he starts feeling better quickly and please feel free to post any additional questions.
