If your cat is otherwise happy, healthy, and eating, drinking, and acting normally, I would not be too concerned. If however your cat is not acting like herself she may have an upper respiratory infection or something going on. I hope this helps. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Best of luck.

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your question. Not all cats will vocalize and some can be very quiet. This does not indicate she is dealing with an illness. As long as her energy level is normal, is eating / drinking normal amounts and urinating / defecating ok I would not be concerned. If there are any other changes that indicate she is sick (inappetance, vomiting, diarrhea, sneezing, coughing, etc.) I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further!
